i never follow this diet perfectly, but i'm still losing weight... i realized that my will power is slacking a little... will have to pull myself together.
breakfast: mushroom meatballs 統聯香菇貢丸三顆... 150 cal? snack: boba (yeah... not supposed to) 250 cal lunch: dim-sum (yeah! again) at miramar, duck (i think we all got food allergy/poisoning from it), shu-mai, feng zhua, sesame soup (lite sweet)... 500 cal dinner: chicken salad... 300 cal? snack: (really, really hungry) 1 small chicken drumstick, bites of june's sausage, and 2 果凍 + 芝麻sugarless candy ... 300 cal?
totals up to almost 1500-1800 cal? i don't know some of my calories... got them from calorieking.com
even though i didn't avoid all sugars, but i'm proud, again, to say that i had no rice. ha!
