I am doing the same thing, slowly loosing the weight because if I try any faster I won't be able to still enjoy life and it will cause me to stop dieting. I have lost 15 LBS in the past 3 months, but then went on vacation for 2 weeks and then this past Saturday sprained my foot, ugh! I just started being able to exercise a little bit today and now I am starting to putting in what I eat daily again. Funny how I don't feel like I can eat right unless I am also exercising. I also enjoy 2 glasses of wine almost nightly, it helps me enjoy and relax. Thanks for posting and awesome job!
