Every week I've been banting, losing that one 1kg, and the weekend I fall off the wagon, to gain back that 1kg, on and on it goes...

To see a different result, means changing your habits now. Will it mean sacrificing time out with friends?

Let's do this! :-)
183.0 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 44.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You don't have to sacrifice time with friends, just make sure that time doesn't revolve around food!! (Which can be easier said than done!) If you can, schedule the time to include some activity that will keep your hands occupied so you can't reach for munchies. Good luck!!!

You could incorporate a 5:2 style with your banting and then your weekends could be carefree while you still lose weight. You'd only have to go very low calorie for 2 days per week.
