Last year I went on a diet and got to 215...total of 32 lbs lost. I'm really not sure what happend to me mentally, but I gave up and gained all my wieght back plus 5 lbs in less than 2 months. Since then it's been a stuggle, until recently. Now I have 10 lbs to go and I will have lost that weight I gained back. I'm so happy I finally am taking control of this. I think I have 20 lbs to go until I weigh less than my husband...I can't wait for that day!! :D
