Going out to dinner AGAIN (the 3rd time in 5 days). I really like going out, eating yummy food, and especially socializing with my friends... I don't want to be some sort of hermit, but it makes dieting really hard. I know that most restaurants usually have some sort of healthy option, but if I'm paying money and I'm at some interesting place I just really don't want to order salad or plain chicken; I want something really delicious. I've been trying to balance things out by eating less during the day and making sure I get in a good workout.
