So I dropped a Pound. Whoopie, I really need to get moving it's so hard with to get a schedule down. I need to get this weight off of me. It's making me unhappy. Seriously.
199.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week

That's one less pound than you had, it is a step in the right direction and remember, the slower you take it off the more apt you are at keeping it off. Moderation and exercise. Good luck in your journey!!! Stay positive.
