Yesterday I did pack up early and hit the gym. I did over 50 minutes of workout. My shoulders are a bit sore this morning. Not only did my muscles get worked over, I ran into a young Moroccan chap, so my French got worked out. I managed, on the si est simple je peur principle (also known as keep it simple, stupid).
