Well, a significant drop this morning, spent about an hour last night starving, and debating having something to eat, but I was about maxxed out calorie wise, and one of my challenges needs me to not eat for 3 hours before bedtime... so I just went to bed instead... and this morning I am really glad I did! Goodbye 170's, I never want to see you again.
169.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 54.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
