I'm trying to get back on track again after a period of neglecting my process and eating unhealthily.
114.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You likely need not weigh 103 pounds.

How tall are you Mingjo. My daughter in law is 4' 9" and shops in the kids section. She's a sweety, but he is the definition of tiny.
