Good thing the weight gain can be attributed to TOM, I know to trust the process! Even if I'm chowing down between 1450-2000 cals a day in just 1 meal, I should never ever and I mean EVER doubt the 23:1 program! I'm not going back to LCHF, in just trusting the one meal a day whatever I like Knuckles diet is gonna work! If I can look forward to something delicious once a day, I'm in control!
