Actually expected to have gained more weight but still gained, means fuck myself. Definitely need to get back on track. Today is fasting and swimming in the evening. Tomorrow back to maybe 1000kcal maybe even just 800 if i can manage. Stupid binge attacks... NO EATING AFTER 6PM!!!->WILL MOST DEFINITELY RESULT IN BINGING
156.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
