I guess the results are from not taking my Diovan and this is mainly water weight gain. Need to readjust my intake to be closer to 2000 a day.
306.2 lb Lost so far: 68.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2309 kcal Fat: 95.53g | Prot: 120.99g | Carb: 243.08g.   Breakfast: Honey Deli Ham, American Cheese Singles, Original English Muffins, Scrambled Egg. Lunch: Banana, Light Original Potato Chips, Mayo, Deli Turkey, Cheddar Cheese, Healthy Multi-Grain Sandwich Rounds. Dinner: 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, Ground Beef, Spaghetti, Old World Style Traditional Pasta Sauce. Snacks/Other: Chocolate Frosty (Small), Mini Babybel Cheddar Semisoft Cheese, Chips Deluxe Cookies Oatmeal Chocolate Chip, 90 Calorie Chewy Bars - Chocolate. more...
