I was actually surprised about the loss this week considering I had 2 cheat days and slacked on exercise. But, I guess sometimes it can surprise you. I'm trying to get back on track with the exercise; the dieting is easier than getting up and moving around. Especially with this new work schedule. I think having the protein bars for lunch are helping. They are low cal and keep me full. Well, time for a walk even though it's in the 90's. Gotta keep pushing.
