I am writing this today (10.23.11) so when 11.30.11 is here I hope to have met this goal that I will set. My goal by this date is to be in phase 2 of Insanity and be 30 pounds less then what my weight shows for 10.18.11 (196.0). So hopefully all my challenges will be completed with success and I can say that can record a weight on the day before 11.30.11 (Tuesday's in when I weigh in)of 166.00 if not less (wouldn't that be crazy).
