I RAN on the treadmill today!!! What? Yep, it is true. I ran on the treadmill. I am shocked and excited. No it didn't last long and that is sooo not the point. Wow. Amazing what remarkable things the Lord can do. Yes, I give Him the credit. It certainly did not come from me. I didn't expect to do it, I didn't plan on doing it, it just happened. It will happen again.

You should be VERY proud of yourself! It doesn't matter that your run didn't last long, fact of the matter is that you did it. Babysteps will eventually get you where you want to be, just keep the faith and stay motivated! If you have a weak moment, think about how good you felt after you finished your "mini run" and I'm sure you don't want that feeling to go away...Good luck ;)
