Dieting always sucks in a big way but I'm learning to try different things. I realized the other day that I'm addicted to the caramel frappe from McDonald's. Those suckers are almost 700 calories a pop! Time to let them go.
Okay, it's time to get off my big behind and get the blood flowing.
