okay so my two week mark is quickly apporaching (friday), ive lost 7 so far and i hope to keep this going (20 pounds to go), ive been doing my best and i am starting to find it a lot easier to plan my meals and even get SB food when i order lunch with the girls in the office, so i wonder how much more could i lose by friday and should i go right to phase 2 or stick with phase 1 for a little while longer, when do you girls think is a good time to move to the next phase? any suggestions, ideas, or anything...

140.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Whatever you feel like is what I would do. I stayed on P1 an extra week because I cheated a little, but if you feel like you are ready to move on & have lost the weight you wanted to at that point, I would move on & add some of those yummy carbs back in!

you are doing so well! and you're so close to the end of the necessary 2 weeks of phase one - i'd say you deserve a little bit of a break...why not enjoy the perks of phase 2 a little bit, and if it's not working as well as you want it to, you can always go back! Good luck! I'll be done with phase one on Monday, and your success is inspirational for me!
