long time no see...Have had to content with many trips and travels. NYC was great food-wise, except for too many peanuts. New Orleans was bad..let myself go, and didn't even go to workout...Philly was up and down, 2-3 days on atkins, but then back to bad carbs, and then back to being going for 2-3 days...just don't manage to stick long enough. I get so bored. I can't wait to be lose the weight, FAST, on Atkins, and then go to the maintenance, calorie-counting, good carb phase..coz I am really bored of this atkins diet! But I still feel I need to make it happen for atleast a week, and lose as much weight as I can rapidly on it.

Back again on Induction. It's been 4 days so far. After Philly I went up to 145 or so, and then within couple days of Atkins, I am now down to 140.4...cravings still come up...trying to stay away from nuts, but couldn't prevent myself today and had a bag of peanuts. Rest of the day was good, with 2 coffees, salad with ranch (sans croutons), and 2 veggie links stir fry at home with a glass of soy milk. Must be really low on carbs today...prbly 10 carbs or so. Haven't been working out, but still showing some gradual loss...would be stronger loss if I could actually do some workout!!

Good job on the low carbing. I was thinking that very recently. How how I liked not being/feeling/looking bloated when low carbing. Think I need to reduce my carbs! Get your butt in the gym girl. You know how much better you feel physcially and mentally if you do!
