half term holiday and happy with this minimal ounces loss, if it shows. Starting PIYO today as an exercise and my 16 week programme to walk an overnight marathon.
226.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 79.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
