weights w/ arms
lunges/squats b/t reps

Breakfast:
veggie omlet
2 slices canadian bacon
Snack:
SB cereal bar
1 cup skim milk
Lunch:
chicken salad
1 tbsp ranch dressing
1 pickle
Snack:
pear
Dinner:
lobster
green beans
cottage cheese

today was kind of slow b/c today is the day that i dont run. it seems like i am always cranky on the day that i dont run. it sucks but i have to take a break sometimes. other than that everything is good. hope everyone has an awesome day...
