I have apparently lost 5 pounds since yesterday... or else my scale really sucks... I weighed in yesterday, and the needle was creeping up towards 180 (which is why I really decided that i need to get serious about losing weight. I recorded my weight here as 175, honestly just because I can't conceive of weighing any more than that... but this evening, after 2 days of serious diet, my scale says 170... I swear, i weigh more in the morning, even if I weigh myself right before bed and again first thing in the morning... shouldn't I weigh the same? I'm not recording a new weight until tomorrow ..... and even then, I'm going to be conservative. Not really hungry tonight for dinner, had a cup of cottage cheese. Had a big lunch today and yesterday, 1 can of tuna (with mayo and onion and celery) on a big piece of sourdough bread, with melted fresh mozzarella on top. Holy Yum. As long as I have a wonderful lunch to look forward to, the cheerios in the morning aren't so bad...
