I only weigh or measure when I feel that I will see the results on the scale or tape....hence my weigh in yesterday. Today I decided to measure. Down 5 1/2 inches and 2 pounds since May 18. Since I have opted to try this month without my trainer I have added one more set to my workout, have upped my cardio by one level and walk with my sister 4 miles 4 times a week. On a mission to prove that I can set my mind to it and accomplish my goals without someone there to push me. June 21 will tell the truth. Can't wait to see what the body scan has to say!
