UGH! Had a roadtrip moving my parents 1200 miles. Ate very poorly over three days. Time to buckle down and take those 3+ pounds of loss back....
191.6 lb Lost so far: 47.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
