So day 3 has been the most testing for me, day 1 and 2 I had absolutely no cravings but for some reason my sweet tooth is working overtime. Don't get me wrong, I promise I will not cheat for the sake of a craving, but DAMN YOU PEPPERMINT BARK at Costco :) "Thats fine- you can stare at me all you'd like, Im leaving with some asparagus, salmon, and raspberries- nothing else." The conversation going on inside my head to the bark ;) Its such a beautiful October day here in the Northwest and I got lots of errands done :) Im thinking I will make sushi for dinner :)
