Sick most of week. spent it in bed or in my recliner. I'll get back on track. It's getting colder now, so things have to get moved indoors. I don't like the icyness of the wind at 5:30 in the morning. Transitioning ot Zumba, YBB, and another older dance video. Liking the Zumba--ab workout that isn't crunches--I'm all over that!
