Ok, time to get serious and stop with the nonsense. Happy I've been keeping my calories down but it is time to start educating myself on nutrition! So what my calories are under 1500 when 1100 of them are coming from bad sources. Empty calories are not the answer. I'm too old to be this undereducated on this and too tired of the excuses I have mastered. Time to learn good carbs from bad ones, trans fats from saturated ones. I want to learn how the hell the Fats/Carbs/Protien wheel is supppose to look when you eat a balanced diet!!! Yep, getting a little testy here. It was a good jumping off place at first and gave me a good begining. I am on month two now and feel it's time to get serious and more knowledgable. So...thats my plan-to learn something. Guess you could say I feel strongly about this.
