I decided today is a new day in my life. I have to get control of my life . Starting with the weight. I am going to journal once a week. and fill in my food everyday. I be mad at myself if I don't exercise more. I been to lazy and eating to much. I keep saying I am going to loss the weight but do nothing about it and keep gaining. THis has to stop.
