Have to celebrate the little milestones.

If I can just log food accurately on the weekends.

Found another IF YouTube ( a TED Talk ) that I added as a new goal/tweak to the IF plan, just a timing thing no calorie changes

I like it. Working that logic into my plan a little with the 12 to 7p.m window of eating. Maybe try to shave an hour off one end or the other. Good stuff.
