Celebrated my mom's birthday at my house with a big dinner. While I know I burned calories getting everything together it was not close to the calories I consumed. Then cleaning up on Sunday and doing the laundry for the week again I'm sure burned calories but nothing compared to the snacking I did on the left-overs. I need to redouble my resolve on the weekend and not blow all my hard work during the week.
