A friend gave me the info to start, so I'm hoping this will work for me. Also, I'm planning on going back to the gym today. The kids were sick and we were having car issues so I haven't been in a month and a half.I should have 34 points, which was right at what I normally eat (I did a test day yesterday without changing anything I eat), should I reduce my goal points, even though it seems I'm eating right about the correct points without any changes?
