Had a rough night last night. I was hungry & wanted to munch on something even tho I knew I shouldn't. I gave in (bad girl) but I didnt over indulge.
I also went walking. I used my 2 pound weights that I got for Christmas last year for the first time, and I actually jogged part of the way.
