I did workout. Now let's see if I add in my weights at least two times this week. I was working out earlier this year and the biggest body difference was when I worked out with weights. I can do it....
As far as food goes. I just keep telling myself that I'm not giving up the foods I love for ever just for a little while. Right now that is working for me....

I have just been trying to be consistent with the cardio, but I received advice from several different people (very fit) I might add that said I need to start doing weights, maybe even a video. They advised that that would help break through plateaus as well. Just thought I would share. Good luck to you..

Great job! I do alot of Firm cardio tapes that incorporate light weights and I get great results using them, as well. You are doing great!
