Today's walk;
5.4 miles around the neighborhood and .74 miles at the park
The reason I left the park was because my dog wouldn't leave these people alone. I have come to the conclusion that I get a better work out at the park. Saturday and Sunday are my take it easier days. I won't walk nearly as much as I do on the weekdays.
