Day Two went much better than day one and I even had a tough workout. I had an evening meeting where dinner usually would have been part of it, but I skipped the dinner. I was starving driving home at 9:30, but I ate the rice and veggies when I got home. I don't tlike eating that late, though.

Today I have a lunch and I am only supposed to have a smoothie or protein shake. I think I will make a big salad for my friend and have a little bit of slald with my shake. It sure is hard to function normally on this phase of the diet. It better work!!!!

It was nice to have oatmeal this AM :)

definitely enjoy a little salad with your smoothie. As for starving in the car, I throw an apple in my bag, so at the end of the workday, I can eat something while I'm picking my children up and not be starving when I get home. Well done sticking with the diet!

i keep a can of unsalted mixed nuts in the console of my car in case I get caught out and about and get hungry. Sounds like you are doing great though, keep it up!
