So excited to weigh in this morning and see my new weight. This was a stressful "life" week. There were times this week when I didn't want to exercise, so I did take a couple of days off, but I also went on other days. I also allowed myself a couple of VERY HIGH calorie meals: Five Guys bacon cheeseburger and a steak dinner with loaded baked potato and cocktails on another night. But I feel that overall trend has been smaller meals, more healthy meals and more exercise. And it's working. Here's hoping for another strong week.
