Just reading back old journals
Makes me glad I've stopped smoking, both cigarettes and weed because my body feels like mine. It's rare for me to spend a day in bed again whereas back then if I weren't at work I would smoke all night and sleep all day.
Guess I can now use the phrase... My body is a temple!
Although I sometimes water it!
