Good grief... I've got the hungry horrors today! I've kind of eaten a lot (for me). I really think I've got a very slow metabolism. When I make myself a dinner plate, it's basically a portion for a toddler. I did do a lot of yard work today...perhaps that's why I feel so famished.

Hang in there! Sometimes when I feel like that after yard work or a hike, I drink a lot of water with lemon or unsweetened green tea and I lose that intense hunger feeling. Then of course there are the days when I snack-our! 😊
