Watch out for all those Black Cats, I see here. They are on HIGH ALERT this Friday the 13th. I used to love watching all those crazy movies. Just be careful today, maybe just a tad more careful. lol Need to watch food intake a bit more. We have band practice today. Ewwww: that slide #9 for "Stay Away From Trans Fats" looks so GROSS! I'm definitely going to avoid that stuff now, I can't un-see that photo! Maybe that's a GOOD thing....
