I do perfect during the week but have a hard time on weekends because of eating out. I even ask what oils they use & leave dressings on side & things of that sort but there is always something you wonder about after you get it. I cannot afford high class restaurants where they fix everything your way. They are nice restaurants like cracker barrel though. I could go on & on about this. It is quite upsetting. I have even gone to a restaurant & ended up with a lousy, poor salad where everyone else I was with ate well. I was proud that I ask about trans fat at McDonald's. I don't exercise much but I make sure I walk alot.
126.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.5 lb a week

Well walking is NOW the in exersize... So everytime you walk you are exersizing. I find it hard to eat out too. But have found grilled chicken or steak with a side of steamed veggies ( ask that they do not put any seasoning on them) works well. I can eat at any normal restaurant and get the veggies this way.

this weekend coming up try to be outside as much as possible. The weekends are hard at first but once you get use to this new healthy lifestyle it is just part of everyday. REMEMBER this weekend to take it one day at a time and think about how you want to make some headway and not spend next week getting rid of the weekend. SO what I did was took a weekend off of going out to restaurants. BBQ instead easy to make some good meat and veggies on the grill! JUST BE CAREFUL THIS WEEKEND I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT.

Thank you Dooley-I thought about what you said about asking for no seasoning in an ordinary restaurant(like Denny's or IHOP-do not know what kind you have there).I am sure you could in an expensive restaurant but I RARELY go to them.I eat out too often to go to them.Also your idea of bbq is great but my friends love restaurants.The worst part is they like to go out to eat after going to a club(I DO NOT DRINK so I don't cheat(be at fault or whatever there).So here we are at 2a.m.& everyone is eating.A few times I did not eat at all.I would order unsweet decaf tea & use my stevia.But it is hard when everyone else is eating.I will take your advice & be careful this weekend.Thank you for commenting.
