I did extremely well my 1st day. I'm not used to eating so much! I got really creative w/ my fruit to make it more filling but only used what I was allowed. The kids & I got out & did a 25 min walk after dinner! I went to bed with an awful migraine but woke this morning to feeling great! Tonite is my boot camp so I'm assuming I can skip my walk! Lol!
