This weekend I ate too many junk snacks on Sunday and also had a couple big breakfasts and one dinner, so I know that I have to maintain what I've been doing. The momemt I get off track I gain. This week my goal is to average 5.3 miles a day and to remember to do my kettlebell workout. Hoping to be down to 132 next Tuesday.
134.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
