I started two Challenges to gt me motivated and commited to healing my body naturaly as I can. I still need to fix the food.
Challenges Started:(wish me luck)!
-Push up to Fit up: goal is to do 25 pushups a day.
-Walk 30-60 min for 5 days a week at any time of the day. Purpose is to make it a habbit & inspire for the sake of walking.

Also...
My body painfully makes me regret eating almost every food item I eat, even if it is super healthy. Can't wait until payday to get to the store to stock up on the things that does not hurt as much. I'm starting to think some of my favorite food items are what is hurting me (like tomotoes and tropical fruit). Seeing a doctor about these issues are on my "to-do" list.
