And I was so hoping that the scale would move downward after I got back into my home routine. Instead it went up slightly. I've stayed within my 1500 calorie limit but I may know what the problem is. I got my favorite Sabra salsa and I counted out the 24 tostitos chips that go with it. Very low calorie but also very salty. My water intake has been super low too, it's rainy and cold and I'm just not thirsty. Hopefully I'll have a good drop tomorrow if I work on those two issues.
