05/07/2016 Well I have gone over my 1500 calorie count by 96. This is going to take some adjustment to the type and serving size. I wish I was back in my 20's... even my early 40's was good for me. I could eat and not worry about how much or any of this mess. This is definitely a new life changing challenge for me.
