Saying prayers and meditation morning and night with uplifting music.

Getting enough exercise by getting on the treadmill a couple a times a day for 30 minutes with uplifting music and Lonepine daily with Sheila

Surrounding myself with several supportive friends.

Figuring out my own boundaries so I can handle criticism more efficiently

Create – Create- Create

Be aware of your downfalls and don’t repeat them.
