Yesterday was a good day. First, I weighed in and was down 7 lbs! That's just crazy to me, crazy good ;-) We went to the beach and walked to Wait Wait Don't Tell Me, which is a little longer then 40 minutes, and is pretty easy to figure out where the 1/2 point is for the turn around. And the best part was, I wasn't hungry, not at all, all day long!
