Feeling good and I'm sleeping better; a welcome benefit. Fifteen gone in 3 weeks. I find that rich foods do bug me a little on the "five". Still adjusting to find the right mix. Will try some new recipes and maybe limit rich, deeply seasoned food like the chicken chili from yesterday. Delicious but not worth the rumblies it caused. I look forward to salad, even on the eating days. Did I type that? Somebody mentioned a bleu cheese wedge salad yesterday and a craving started . . .

That is excellent progress! For some unknown reason I had a lot more "rumblies" on the Alternate Day program. I really don't understand why that should happen. After the novelty of being able to have anything on the "up" days wore off, I found I was looking forward to healthier foods. Blue cheese wedge salad? Oh yeah!
