Got back from business trip, time to start again. Vacation in August and would love to drop as much as possible by then. Past dieting shows if I can really stick to it, I can drop up to 10lb /month. Giving myself a goal of at least 25lb dropped by mid Aug. Willpower and consistency with exercise seem to be the lynchpin.
