Odd day today. Still suffering extreme fatigue and not settling to eat properly. How easy it is for the kcals to add up! Rump steak for breakfast tomorrow I hope. That will set me up nicely.

Here's hoping for a better more restful night and back to normal soon.

Went to see the latest Star Wars film tonight, I thought it was really funny, I enjoyed it. I drank 2 litres of water during the film, and also had 15g of 85% chocolate. I remember going to the flicks as a teenager and having a whole box of smarties - remember them? - or a box of chocolate covered raisins. Oh yes, or a box of maltesers. A film just wasn't the same without a box of choccies. I hated it actually, even then, it was too sweet and sickly, but I did it because that was what was done, part of the whole cinematic experience.
