that's how i was about a month ago i lost 20 lbs and I swear in less than a week I gained it all back! :/ Lucky I only ate that one slice! :) I'm so close to getting back to where I was a couple months ago I can't blow it.

I certainly feel for you. I bought a big bag of tortilla chips at Costco last week, thinking I could ration them out at a reasonable level. That's not the way it works with me. Years ago Lays Potato Chips had a commercial that said, "Bet you can't eat just one." I'm not sure I can stop eating until the bag is empty. Not a part of my character that I like.

I'm that way as well. I don't have much self control when it comes to food. My sister drives me nuts she'll buy a small bag of m&m's or chips and it will last her days...I wish there was some kind of switch I could shut off in my brain!!! :)

I stayed away from all temptations for 3 weeks: no soda no candy, no pizza no fast food, nothing. I think that was the best thing I did. I haven't had strong cravings for anything since then. It's now been 11 weeks, and 22.2 lbs, and I've had pizza twice, a brownie sundae from Ritters, and a piece of Godiva chocolate, and I was able to stay within the portions and didn't have to talk myself out of eating more. I really think it helped. I eat less now and am just as full if not fuller than I used to when I used to eat 1/2 a large pizza by myself plus breadsticks. Now, me and my youngest can split a personal pan pizza and split the breadsticks between me and both my boys (the oldest usually wolfs down a personal by himself and a breadstick lol) .
